1. Who we are

Wholesale Peptide US LLC operates WholesalePeptide.us at https://wholesalepeptide.us and is the controller of the information described here. This site is for businesses and researchers in the United States; it is not directed at anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

You give us: business or institution name, email address, U.S. shipping address, order contents, and, on wholesale-account or quote forms, the details you enter (role, organization type, estimated volume, resale or tax-exemption information, messages). If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

Payment information: for crypto, NOWPayments processes the payment; we receive the payment status, coin, amount, network and transaction ID, and the wallet address you pay from is public on the blockchain. For Venmo, we see the payment amount, note and the sender's Venmo name or username in our own Venmo account. We do not receive or store card or bank account numbers.

Collected automatically: the IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps in our server logs, used for security and to keep the site running. A small cookie records that you accepted the research-use notice. Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us until you check out.

3. How we use it

• To process and ship orders, confirm payment, send order updates and certificates, and provide support.
• To review accounts, quotes and resale applications, and to check that orders meet our research-use-only requirements.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, protect the site, and keep required business, tax and accounting records.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
• To improve the site and our documentation, using aggregated information about which pages are visited.

4. Who we share it with

• Payment providers: NOWPayments for crypto payments; Venmo (PayPal) for Venmo payments. They process data under their own policies.
• Carriers: UPS and USPS receive the name, address and contact details needed to deliver your order.
• Service providers: our hosting and database provider (Railway) stores site data on our behalf under contract.
• Testing laboratories receive product samples only. They do not receive customer information.
• Authorities and advisers: when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety; and to our lawyers and accountants under confidentiality.
• Business transfers: if the business is sold or reorganised, the information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Cookies and similar technology

We use a first-party cookie to remember your research-use acknowledgement, browser local storage to hold your cart, and a signed session cookie for staff signing in to our admin area. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. If we add an analytics tool we will describe it here. Your browser may send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal; we do not track you across other sites, so there is nothing to opt out of.

6. Security

Data travels over HTTPS and is stored with access restricted to the people who need it. Admin access uses signed, expiring sessions. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tell us at wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us if you believe your information has been exposed.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order, payment and correspondence records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns and disputes, and meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to seven years. Server logs are kept for a short period. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need.

8. Your choices and rights

• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it. We will, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Ask us to stop sending order or account emails that are not required to deliver your order.
• California residents have additional rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share it. Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights.

Email wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us from the address on your order with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we respond within 45 days.

9. Children

The site is for adults buying for laboratory research. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

10. Do not send health information

Our products are for laboratory research use only, so please do not send us personal health information. If you do, we may delete it.

11. Links to other sites

Our pages link to scientific sources and to our official profiles on other platforms. Those sites have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest update, and significant changes will be flagged on this page.
