Returns and replacements

WholesalePeptide.us accepts returns on unopened kits. Unopened kits in original tamper-evident packaging can be returned within 30 days for credit; opened or reconstituted material cannot be returned. If a lot fails to match its Certificate of Analysis, we replace it or refund it in full. Contact wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us with your order number and lot code.

How to request a return

  1. Email wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us with the order number, lot codes and reason.
  2. We send a return authorization and label.
  3. Credit or refund is issued once the unopened kits are received and inspected.

Quality concerns

If your own analysis disagrees with a lot's certificate, send your data. We will have an independent third-party laboratory retest a retained sample from the same lot and share the result.
