Terms of sale

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms are a contract between you (the buyer) and Wholesale Peptide US LLC ("we", "us"), which operates WholesalePeptide.us at https://wholesalepeptide.us. They apply to every quotation, order, sale and delivery. Our research-use policy, shipping page, returns page and privacy policy are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Who may buy

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must be buying for a laboratory, university, research institution, research distributor, or as a qualified individual researcher, and for laboratory research purposes only.
• You must give accurate business name, email and a U.S. shipping address. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
• We may ask for proof of your business or institution, a resale certificate or a description of the intended research, and may decline or cancel any order when it is not provided.

3. Research use only

Everything we sell is a chemical supplied for in-vitro, analytical and preclinical laboratory research. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim about use in people or animals.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that: (a) you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research by qualified persons; (b) you will not use, sell, label, market or describe the products for human or veterinary use, or as a food, supplement, drug or cosmetic; (c) you will handle, store and dispose of the products in line with applicable law and good laboratory practice; (d) if you resell, you will keep the research-use-only statement on the product and on every listing, and pass these restrictions on to your own customers; and (e) all information you give us is true.

We refuse and may cancel any order, without refund of non-refundable processing costs, when the buyer or the order indicates use in humans or animals, resale for such use, or when we suspect the buyer is not who they say they are. We may close accounts and decline future orders at our sole discretion. See the research-use policy.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm that payment is complete and the order is accepted, which we do by marking it Paid and shipping it. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including stock limits, suspected error or fraud, a failed compliance check, or an unsupported destination. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we refund it as described in section 9. The minimum order is one kit. Orders of 100 or more kits are quoted individually through the bulk quote form.

5. Pricing

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and are the prices shown on the price list and in your cart when you place the order. Kits are 10 vials of one compound and one strength.
• Volume discounts are set by the total kits in the order, across all compounds, at 3, 10 and 50 kits. Shipping is free over $500 and $20 below that.
• Taxes, if any apply to your order, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise. If you are tax-exempt, send your exemption certificate before ordering.
• If a price is wrong because of an obvious error, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund any payment.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. Products shown as backorder are supplied when restocked; we will tell you if the wait changes.

6. Payment

We accept crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, USDT and USDC on Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Solana and Polygon), Venmo. An order is not paid until we have the full amount in cleared funds.

• Crypto. Payments are processed by NOWPayments. You choose a coin and network on your order page and send the exact amount to the address shown within the quote window. Send only the coin and network you selected: funds sent on another network or to a wrong address cannot be recovered by us. Underpayments are held until the balance arrives; overpayments and expired payments are handled as in section 9. Network and exchange fees are yours.
• Venmo. Pay the order total to the Venmo account shown on your order page and put the order number in the payment note. We match the payment to your order by amount and note and confirm it by hand, so please allow time during business hours. Payments that cannot be matched are returned.
• We do not store card or bank details. Payment providers handle your payment under their own terms and privacy policies.
• You agree not to dispute a valid payment with a payment provider without first contacting us at wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us so we can resolve it. We may refuse future orders from buyers who do so.

7. Shipping, delivery and risk

We ship to U.S. addresses by UPS / USPS, tracked. Orders paid by 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Typical transit is 1–4 business days after dispatch, and you get tracking when the order ships. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We do not ship outside the United States, to freight forwarders, or to addresses associated with orders that indicate use in humans or animals. See shipping.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Inspect packages on arrival, keep photographs of any damage, and tell us within 3 business days of delivery. Choose a delivery address where someone can receive and store the package properly.

8. Returns

Unopened kits in original tamper-evident packaging can be returned within 30 days for credit; opened or reconstituted material cannot be returned. To start a return, email wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us with your order number before sending anything back. We do not accept returns of opened, reconstituted or temperature-abused material, or of products that have left your control, because their condition can no longer be verified. Custom and private-label orders are not returnable once production starts.

9. Refunds and cancellations

• If we cancel an order, or a product is wrong or not as described, we refund the price of the affected items or replace them, at our choice.
• Venmo refunds go back to the Venmo account that paid.
• Crypto refunds are sent in the coin and network you paid with to an address you confirm in writing, at the value of the USD amount refunded, less network fees. If an invoice expires, or a payment arrives after it expired or in the wrong amount, contact us with your order number and the transaction ID.
• If an independent test of a lot you bought disagrees with its certificate, send us the report. We review it with the lab and, where the difference is confirmed, replace or credit the lot (see our testing page).

10. Product information and certificates

Each lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory and its Certificate of Analysis is published in the COA library under the lot code printed on the vial. Certificates describe laboratory test results for the lot; they are not a promise about how a product performs in your experiment. Product pages, guides and descriptions are general scientific and commercial information for researchers, not instructions for use, and are not medical, legal or regulatory advice.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in section 9 and to the extent the law allows, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available", without any other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no claim that any product is safe or effective for any use in people or animals.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or research loss, however caused. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wholesale Peptide US LLC, its members, managers, employees and suppliers from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use, handling, resale or labelling of the products, or your violation of any law or the rights of any person.

14. Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that burdens the service, probing for vulnerabilities, automated ordering, or attempts to place orders under false details. The text, images, logos, layout and data on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission, except for ordinary quotation with attribution and a link. Links to other sites are provided for reference; we do not control and are not responsible for them.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us and try in good faith to resolve the matter for 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.
