Shipping

WholesalePeptide.us ships every order from Sheridan, WY by UPS / USPS, tracked. Orders paid by 2:00 PM ET Monday–Friday are packed and dispatched the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Typical transit is 1–4 business days. Orders over $500 ship free. We ship to U.S. addresses only.

Packaging

Lyophilized vials are sealed, labeled with compound, strength and lot code, and packed in a kit box of 10.
Kits travel in insulated packaging; lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for normal transit times.
Every package contains a packing list with the lot code of each kit.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking is emailed at dispatch. If a package is damaged or lost in transit, email wholesale@wholesalepeptide.us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos and the order number.

Where we don't ship

We do not ship outside the United States, to freight forwarders, or to addresses associated with orders indicating human or animal use.
